A weekend escape in the west of Ireland that gives guests the opportunity to completely unwind in our beautiful lodge, set against the backdrop of the rugged mountain scenery and beautiful isolated beaches.
A quick outline
Arriving down on Friday afternoon and leaving Sunday afternoon we’ll have 2 nights and 1 & a half days of craic and adventure. Every room is ensuite, all our delicious food will be included as will all daytime and evening activities – the only thing you’ll need to put your hand in your pocket for is a few pints in P Dans, our on site pub.

If you would like to extend your stay to Sunday night we can offer you our B&B rate so it means you can take it even chiller weekend and book in for an extra Surf Lesson, Big Dipper Session or just head off on one of the many hiking/walking trails around the area!

Currently, we are only taking bookings for groups of 10 or more. We plan to open for all bookings in 2026.

Yoga
Whatever the weather we’ll be running our yoga classes every day before breakfast in our brand new yoga room with its spectacular view.
Hiking
The lodge is situated next to the magnificent Killadoon Hill which we often tackle on one of the days. It offers panoramic views of the surrounding area and we often end the expedition with a sea swim down on Killadoon Beach.
Amazing Food
In the Lodge, we pride ourselves on serving up delicious and healthy meals to nourish and fuel your body and being active in the outdoors. We serve up mainly vegetarian dishes but we promise you won’t be missing meat this weekend. From wood fired sourdough pizza to freshly made sandwiches we’ll satisfy even the most picky foodie.
The Big Dipper
Did somebody say ‘Ireland’s Most Scenic Spa?’. Our sister company,The Big Dipper, is a stunning sauna and hot tub set up directly across the road from the lodge. It’s usually an add on for trips to the lodge but there’s a session each day included in the trip. The perfect spot to unwind. Read more about it here:
Lodge Vibes
The lodge is a beautiful space to escape the stress of the week. Chill during the day and maybe read a book on our roof deck and catch some rays. Grab a fresh pint of Guinness in our onsite pub P.Dans. In the evening, while the sunset behind Clare Island, the bonfire will be going and there’s usually a few tunes going about.
